This is basically a chuck roast that is cut into roughly 1” thick steaks. Like having a pot roast in a fraction of the time! We wrap ours in foil with a packet of onion soup mix, cut potatoes and carrots, bake at 350 for one and a half hours and it’s delicious! Fall apart tender, just like a pot roast cooked for more than eight hours. Price listed is by the steak and these average 0.85 pounds per steak.
